Registration Fee

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

1. At least one author for each accepted paper must register under registration categories.

2. The author can present a maximum of three papers. However, each paper needs to be registered separately.

3. The registration category should be chosen appropriately from the aforementioned table.

4. The registrants must bear Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes (GST 18%) or levies, if any.

5. Page limit: 6 pages. You may submit a paper of up to 8 pages with an additional cost of 500 per extra page.

6. At least one author must present their accepted paper at the conference for consideration for publication in IEEE Xplore. 

7. Grant(s) for IEEE student members to attend the conference is available.

8. Student registrants must upload proof of their Institute ID during the online registration.

9. IEEE members must upload a valid IEEE membership card during the online registration.

Please Note

1. The conference secretariat motivates the participants to take part in the conference in PHYSICAL MODE in order to utilize the fullest benefits of conference participation.

2. Registration fees are not refundable or non-transferable.

3. Keep a copy of the generated transaction ID from the payment gateway and your bank. These may be required to track your payment/registration later.

4. Please note that the ICSIT 2025 organizing committee will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by improper transactions during the registration process.

5. Registration Fee includes:

   • Welcome Reception

   • Presentation Certificate

   • Conference Kit/Accessories (only for physical participants)

   • Participation in the Technical programs/Workshops

   • High Tea & Lunch
