Dr. Arun K. Somani

Dr. Arun Somani is a distinguished professor at Iowa State University, renowned for his pioneering research in computer engineering, particularly in the areas of fault-tolerant computing, high-performance computer architecture, networked systems, and reconfigurable computing. Dr. Somani has made significant contributions to the advancement of dependable and scalable computing systems, publishing extensively in top-tier journals and conferences. He has also played a vital role in mentoring numerous Ph.D. students and fostering collaborative research across academia and industry. Dr. Somani’s impactful work has earned him numerous accolades, including being named an IEEE Fellow, reflecting his leadership and innovation in the field of electrical and computer engineering.

Dr. Badlishah Ahmad is a prominent academic, researcher, and Professor of Electronic Engineering & Computer Technology at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), where he has made remarkable contributions in the fields of electrical engineering, signal processing, and pattern recognition. As an experienced professor and accomplished professional engineer (Ir.) and technologist (Ts.), Dr. Badlishah Ahmad has played a pivotal role in advancing research and innovation at UniMAP, publishing numerous papers in high-impact journals. Specialisation and Expertise in Computer and Telecommunication Network Modelling, Embedded System Design and Open Source Software. Dr. Inès Chihi

Dr. Inès Chihi, working as Professor, Electrical Engineering (Measurement, Techniques & Sensors Technology) at University of Luxembourg is a distinguished academic and researcher known for her expertise in the modeling of complex systems, control, and fault detection, of complex systems with unpredictable behaviors. With an impressive record of scholarly contributions, she has published extensively in high-impact journals and international conferences, focusing on areas such as optimization techniques, intelligent systems, and decision support models. Dr. Chihi is also actively involved in research collaborations across institutions and industries, playing a key role in advancing interdisciplinary projects. Her dedication to both teaching and research has made her a respected mentor to students and young researchers, and her work continues to influence the fields of computer science and intelligent technologies on a global scale.

Dr. Hussam Al Hamadi

Dr. Hussam Al Hamadi is the Director MSCS programs at the University of Dubai, where he plays a key leadership role in shaping advanced academic curricula and fostering research excellence. With a strong background in computer science, cybersecurity, and data analytics, Dr. Al Hamadi has contributed significantly to both academic research and industry collaboration. He is highly regarded for his dedication to developing innovative educational programs that align with emerging technological trends and industry needs. Dr. Al Hamadi has published numerous research papers in reputable journals and conferences and is known for his active mentorship of graduate students, helping to cultivate the next generation of computing professionals and researchers in the region.. He is currently the IEEE UAE Section Vice-Chair, International Collaborator at SESAR LAB (University of Milan, Italy), an External Investigator at Zayed University, and an Advisory board member of SCAI Technosistemi FZ LLC. Dr. Subarna Shakya

Director IT Innovation Center, Tribhuvan University, Coordinator of EURECA (European Research and Educational Collaboration with Asia), IDEAS (Innovation and Design for EuroAsian Scholars), and LEADER (Links in Europe and Asia for engineering, education, Enterprise and Research exchanges).

Prof. Dr. Subarna Shakya holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine. He is Professor of Computer Engineering at the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering, Pulchowk Campus, Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, and also served as Visiting Professor at Brown University, Rhode Island, USA. He served as Executive Director at the National Information Technology Center, Government of Nepal, and also as head of the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering. He is an advisory member of the National Information Technology Committee, Government of Nepal. He has delivered over 30 Keynotes and invited speeches at international conferences and workshops. He has published over 150 scientific/technical articles and 5 books. He has been serving as an Editor/Guest Editor for over 15 international journals. He is an expert member of the Board of Studies at South Asian University, India.

Dr. Ankit R. Patel

Dean, Faculty of Allied Health and Applied Sciences, Coal City University, Enugu, Nigeria.

Dr. Edeh Michael Onyema is a distinguished Nigerian academic who formerly held the position of Director of ICT and also HOD, Mathematics and Computer Science. Prof. Michael is also an Adjunct Professor at Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu, Nigeria, and Enugu State College of Education Technical, Enugu, Nigeria. He has an extensive teaching portfolio, having lectured at various institutions, including Spiritan University Nigeria, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Alex Ekwueme Federal University in Ebonyi State, and Gregory University in Uturu (Enugu Study centre), Pogil College of Health Technology, Ogun State Nigeria, Southwestern University, Ogun State Nigeria; African Thinkers Community of Inquiry College of Education (ATCOI-COE) Enugu Nigeria; and also Federal Science and Technical College Ogun State. He is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Research Institute of IoT Cybersecurity, National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan.

Dr Sameena Naaz

Dr. Sameena Naaz is associated with Department of Computing and Digital Design at the University of Roehampton, London, where she is recognized for her expertise in computer science, software engineering, and digital innovation. As a Senior Member of IEEE, a member of BCS, and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), Dr. Naaz has demonstrated outstanding leadership in both research and teaching. Her scholarly work spans areas such as software development, digital transformation, and technology-enhanced learning, and she has actively contributed to numerous publications and conference presentations. Known for her dedication to student success and academic excellence, Dr. Naaz also plays an influential role in curriculum development and industry engagement, helping to bridge the gap between academia and practice in the dynamic field of computing.

Dr. Ankit R. Patel

Ankit R. Patel is a transport researcher and is currently associated with the University of Minho, Portugal. His scholarly contributions span intelligent transportation systems, human factors, human-centered design, and smart cities. He has participated in numerous prestigious international conferences, chairing technical sessions at major ACM (CHI, OzCHI, NordiCHI, INTERACT, IMX, AutomotiveUI, MuC, COMPASS, GROUP, and India HCI), IEEE (ITEC, JRC, ECCE, MELECON, LOGISTIQUA, WF-PST, GTSNZ, SeFeT, AFRICON, e-Science, and RTSI), Design Research Society (LXD), and IFAC (CTS) events. He has delivered keynote addresses and expert talks at more than a dozen major international conferences across Asia, Africa, and Europe. He is an active member of professional bodies such as ACM, IEEE, and ASCE and serves on five transportation research board (TRB) committees, reflecting his interdisciplinary commitment to human-centric innovation. He is a lead editor for a special issue in the Journal on Multimodal User Interfaces and an editorial board member for various journals with repute.
