As part of our commitment to academic integrity, transparency, and excellence, ICSIT 2025 adheres to a rigorous and impartial peer-review process. All submitted papers will be evaluated based on scientific and technical merit, originality, clarity, relevance to the conference themes, and quality of presentation.
All submissions will undergo a Single-anonymous review process, meaning that the names of the reviewers are not shared with the author, but the reviewers are aware of the author’s identity.
Reviewers are selected based on their subject-matter expertise, publication record, and previous reviewing experience. Each paper will be assigned to at least two independent reviewers from the reviewer pool.
Reviewers will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:
Originality and innovation
Technical soundness
Relevance to the conference topics
Clarity and quality of writing
Significance of results
All reviewers and TPC members must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from reviewing any submission where such conflicts exist. Conflicts include, but are not limited to, collaborations with authors, institutional affiliations, or personal relationships.
All manuscripts and review discussions are considered confidential. Reviewers must not share or discuss any part of a submission with others without explicit permission from the Program Chairs.
The conference upholds the IEEE Code of Ethics and Publication Policies. Submissions must comply with ethical standards regarding authorship, plagiarism, data integrity, and prior publication. Any suspected ethical misconduct will be investigated in accordance with IEEE guidelines.
The final decision on acceptance or rejection of a paper lies with the Technical Program Committee, based on reviewers’ recommendations and overall program balance. Authors will receive detailed feedback to improve their work, regardless of the outcome.
All accepted Papers need to be presented during the conference for further submission to IEEE CPP for consideration to include in the IEEE Xplore (Indexed in SCOPUS), subject to their final decision based on the quality of the peer review and technical program development for the conference by the Technical Program Integrity Committee (TPIC) of IEEE.
